LOCATION OPTIONS VIEW SITE PLAN

The Hometurn provides close access to Main bar / lawn bookies / FOTF / Food court and Kid's activities and live music. 

The Infield offers bar lawn bookies / amenities and live music.  We encourage you to bring your own catering or pre order platters if located in this area as no food vendors will be located on the Infield this year.

NOTE: NEW ACCESS TO THE INFIELD 

In 2024 the access to cross over the track will be located another 150-200m around from it's previous location to assist with the racing program.  We encourage you to remain in this section for the day as movement back and forth will be limited.

🌂 Mini Marquees: Small but Mighty! 🎉

If you've got a group of 10-15 party animals, our Mini Marquees are ready to make your day unforgettable. With our 3x3m Mini Marquees, you'll have a base camp to call your own, providing shelter from the elements and a secure spot to watch all the racing action. We'll even throw in the furniture and (not the kitchen sink) ensuring you've got a comfy place to gather, chat, and place your bets.

🌞 Party Marquees: Where the Fun Never Ends! 💃

For larger groups of 20-25 party animals, our Party Marquees are the ultimate choice. These 6m x 3m Marquees offer ample space to let loose and enjoy the Avoca Country Races in full swing. With your secure racecourse possie, you'll have all the essentials for an epic party that will be the envy of the entire day.

👥 Need More Space? We've Got You Covered! 🎊

Have a larger group? No worries at all! You can purchase multiple Marquee sites to accommodate everyone. For Mini Marquees, we'll join them together and remove the middle walls, making space for 10 people per mini marquee. And for Party Marquees, you can count on 20 party animals per marquee. The more, the merrier!  It would be rude to not have a seat for everyone and extra chairs, table and a shade umbrella can be added along the way.

🌈 Where the Action Happens: Home Turn! 🎶

Located at the exciting Home Turn, our Marquee Packages put you right in the middle of all the action. You'll be surrounded by food vendors, a buzzing bar, bookmakers ready to take your bets, TOTE facilities, live music to keep the vibes high, kids' activities for the little ones, and of course, the fabulous fashions on display. It's a non-stop party that you won't want to miss!⚠️ Please Note: Admission Not Included ⚠️

Remember, the Avoca Country Races are a ticketed event. Make sure you grab your general admission tickets separately to access the racecourse and all the fantastic amenities. Our Marquee Packages provide the perfect party spot but do not include admission.
